The Clinton County Capital Resource Corporation issued up to $3.2 million in tax exempt bonds to Behavioral Health Services North (BHSN). The new Integrated Clinical Services facility brings mental-health and primary care to one location at the Behavioral Health Services North Center for Wellbeing here. The 13,500 square foot building features an adult waiting room with televisions and an welcoming, airy space in earth tones. It contains 13 behavioral-health counseling rooms, four primary-care exam rooms, private-consult rooms, a laboratory and additional space for expanded-care management, as well as serving as the clinical hub for School-Based Services program and the Clinton County Mobile Crisis Team. Currently, the indebtedness stands at approximately $2.6 million.
